Don’t see why Arizona would do that and if Edmonton did that Detroit trade that might be enough for me to throw my jerseys in the trash.

Do you know anything about Niederbach, Grewe or Tuomisto?

Ya not a deal I’d throw Bourgault in for sure moving Keith makes very little sense because obviously his no trade clause comes into play and good chance he retires which I do think is a massive part of that trade to provide additional flexibility this coming offseason. So 2 first round selections plus 2 second round picks for 3 guys on reserved list that aren’t even going to join the team this year doesn’t strike as a good trade deadline move.

My gut feeling about that Detroit trade isn’t good, but judging by the value it doesn’t seem too bad until you get to Bourgault. Take him out and I think it’s possible.

I look at it as preparation for the 2022 2023 season as we'll have to sign the Bison King and free agent top Goaltenders

Keith, Yamamoto and the 2 seconds without Bourgault for the 3 pieces I'd like, that just makes things more interesting for me, I can use Bourgault as another trade piece in another trade, we already have Holloway who's versatile and can play any forward position, we've already got Hyman and Puljujarvi who can play wing as our right hand shot, we've got options now for Goaltending if I can use Bourgault in another trade.

Goaltending honestly I have no idea what we should expect. Smith being under contract for next year REALLY complicates that with skinner not being able to be sent down. If smith doesn’t retire then we might not have a choice and just need a veteran good third string type of guy possible stalock who knows. In my opinion skinner is the guy but we can’t put him in the same situation as we have with kosk for a couple years now leaving nobody else to turn to when he needs a break.

Yamamoto is a Smutf I'd say drop him before Bourgault. But it won't happen every player going to Edmonton is 2 to 3 years away from the NHL. It makes far more sense to trade Bourgault and Yamamoto for someone that can help now.
