Change it to a 3rd round pick then maybe but who is he playing over? McCann isn't a top c.

He does have the same amount of goals as Kaprizov. He may not be a top C, but I'd be jumping out of joy if my team netted McCann for a late 2nd and a B-level prospect.

He'd play on your 2nd line over Gaudreau.

Hell yeah, we'd do this. McCann isn't a 1C, but he sure is better than Frederick Gaudreau playing on our 2nd line... Plus McCann is an RFA after this season. This trade here is a steal for us!

Why would Seattle do this McCann is perfect 2nd line center and you’re going to move him for D level spec and a 2nd makes no sense
