As a Devils fan, a Zacha-for-Kubalik swap definitely makes some sense. Both are talented but struggling forwards in their mid-20s, and both could benefit from a change of scenery. Zacha is younger, but the Devils need a PP trigger-man (and Kubalik's rookie season outshines anything that Zacha has done). I'm not sure that the Devils would have much use for Entwhistle, but I wouldn't be shocked to see something resembling that trade in real life.

I think Zacha Kubalik swap is good for both sides, id just take out the other pieces perhaps as Entwistle is likely to feature in our bottom 6 for some time. He brings good energy, size and decent skill for this role.
