If a future Top 4 D (Lili), 2nd liner (Robertson), B tier prospect (Abruzzese), Dermot (bottom pairing D) and a 1st isn’t enough for Chychrun they are never trading this guy lol. Figured the 2nd and Engvall was good enough for crouse. But Dermott/Engvall are really only their to make the money work.

Arizona can and will get a far better offer then this for Jakob chychrun, only decent pieces in the deal is Timothy Liljegren and Nicholas Robertson the rest you can keep add the picks as well to the deal.

Dermot and Engvall only their to make the cap work. Liljegren, Robertson, 1st, Abruzzese is equivalent to the Eichel package (no player to make a significant impact rn like Tuch but Liljegren has the potential to make bigger impact in the future). Could change Abruzzese to a 2nd but honestly I don’t see how this isn’t a fair trade.

Not saying it isn't close to a fair trade, but this deal can and will be easily beaten. LA would beat this offer.

You clearly over value Liljegren. Sure he has potential to be a decent #4 but not much higher. Chychrun is a top 30 defenseman in the league

Robertson is also not nearly on the same level as Krebs in potential

Liljegren has potential to be more than a #4. He’s only 22 years old and only has 40-50 GP in the NHL. He already leads the leafs in many defensive metrics and has looked solid playing as the #4 guy when they’ve had cap/injury issues this year. And the reason Krebs is valued higher has a lot to do with him going higher in the draft and being a centre/being able to play in the top 6 on a weak Buffalo team. The pure numbers in his last 3 pro/amateur seasons are very comparable to Robertson.
