Major Overpay in Chicago trade. Over 3 1sts of value is a ton considering Strome was rumoured to go for a mid round pick not long ago and Robertson is NHL ready and has a higher ceiling than Hagel

Fair enough... the asking price for Hagel was so high I thought this would be considered an over payment.
I thought maybe they take 50% of stromes contract?

Toronto just has to be happy with what they've got up front and then improve the back end and goaltending. Those picks WILL be used to improve goaltending or defence. I don't quite understand why they want another top six forward when they've got players that can play that roll in their system.
