He's a huge shutdown defenseman with more offense than first thought, especially considering his role with the team - lots of defensive zone starts and PK time.

I'm surprised Edmonton gave him the second year. I thought it would be a one year deal given his age.

Reasonable to assume that Berglund isn't long for North America much longer. It'll be Vinny, Kesselring, and Kemp on RD for the Condors next season.
