bro your crazy Atkinson is such a hard-working player that plays every end of the ice and shoots the puck. As a flyers fan even tho this is a pretty decent offer tho I love Kapanen, I still probably wouldn't take it because Atkinson is a flyer by heart and has been one of our bright spots.

And 30 plus pounds heavier.

Geno plays “bully ball”. Bigger, more physical players; players who like to go to the net; players like J.Neal, Hornqvist, J.Ignila, B.Guerin, M.Hossa, B.Rust, P.Dupres, Heinen, even D.Perron play well with Geno.

Smaller, less physical, faster players like Kessel, Zucker, C.Sheary, D.Sprong, Kappy don’t.

Kessel had to move to the Pens 3rd line cause him and Geno’s games didn’t mesh at all. Atkinson would introduce the same problem.

I would prefer to keep Kappy for that salary and term. Especially if the Oens want to resign atleast 2 of Geno, Letang, Rust.
