No, that doesn't make sense. The market is flooded with defensemen this year, guys like Chychrun, Lindholm, Manson, Giordano, Klingberg, etc. There's no reason to believe that Chiarot will command a 1st+.

1- not all those guys will get moved
2- not all those guys are RH

No he doesn't play RD. His most common partners are Petry and Savard, both of whom shoot right.

And two of the 5 I mentioned are actual RHD. Plus there are plenty of others: Ristolainen, Braun, Miller, Pysyk, Subban, Stralman, etc.

Why would 3 or 4 teams be competing for Chiarot when Giordano, Chychrun, Manson, Lindholm and Klingberg are available? Not to mention Subban, Braun, Ristolainen, Leddy, Miller and a host of others. Market conditions are very different this year.

Im gonna take insiders BEFORE you . Right before . Chiarot is make for playoffs.

He’s played enough on the Right side for a team to reasonably think he can fit in there

And most of the guys u listed aren’t very well thought of by many
Only takes 1 GM to fall in love with the guy

Risto got us a 1st & 2nd last year
