With all due respect, you can't possibly think PK is worth this hoard of assets anymore, do you?

I may be mistaken, but it would be an overpayment if PK gets more than a late 2nd round pick.

Maybe, I don't really know his value. I think taking Kassian back makes it a better deal for Edmonton and retaining 25% makes it easier to handle for Jersey.
Would Kassian, Benson, and 2nd rounder be a better value?

PK really has no value given his contract. Even keeping 50% and washing it through a third team is probably still too expensive for even a 4th or 5th pick.
