Neighbours or no deal and crouse is untouchable

Crouse isn't untouchable (in fact they're listening to offers just like Chychrun) and Neighbors won't be part of it. I know you live in a fantasy land with your wants, but it's not reality.

If it isn't Neighbours or Perunovich (or both) then I think the Blues will have to go draft pick heavy with their offer. Yotes are going to be building for a few years and 1st round picks may give them the best shot at hitting on some future impact guys bc unfortunately our system is running out of those.

I wonder if something like Perunovich, 2022 1st, 2023 1st, Scandella is enticing to Bill A. Sorta like the Schenn trade but at the deadline when competition is high it's gonna take even more. The Blues might as well go all in for the next 2 years. Just make sure they keep picks for 2024 and beyond bc the team could really be in a different spot by then.

Btw I feel awful for Scotty, been missing tons of time with injuries but you can see the ability when he plays. I know he isn't much younger than Chych, but he has more years of team control and he would be just a portion of the package they could get from STL.

Bill A has already stated he wants an Eichel like package, which means NHL ready talent or close to it plus a pick or two. This is the reasoning for using a Barbashev/Bolduc package. I had Scotty P but because of the surgery I left him out. If they still want him I'd be okay with it
