Not nearly enough for Hart. Including the cap dump of Binnington, you'd need to add 2 firsts or equivalent, probably

This is a semi-decent starting point. Swap Foerster for JR Avon, Neighbors for Bolduc, change the 3rd to a 2nd, and remove any protections on the 2023 1st rounder.
