Vegas would need like 3 or more first rounders to take Dustin Brown, and Philly would need at least 2 first round picks.
Those contracts are really bad.

It would take far more then just Jake Muzzin to get Travis Hamonic out of New York.

Plus Muzzin is older and not a righty like Hamonic

all these cap dumps going to vegas aren't happening. and brown has the might be worse contract in the league. unless dean Lombardi is GM of Vegas, ain't happening ever.
