That’s what it would take to pry Crouse out of Arizona. That being said Toronto should not do this

seriously - because winning now is bad?
Knies & Abruzzese won't be contributing anything in playoffs for a couple of years
prospects just not ready yet - and Crouse and Galchenyuk have playoff experience
...and Crouse has years of control as RFA

Nylander is worth a hell of a lot more than a 2nd pair defenceman

That doesnt mean he is going to be first pair in Toronto, and just because you play on a top pair doesnt mean youre a top 2 dman

If you want to use the same anecdote, Ethan Bear was traded just this year (a "top line defenceman") in Carolina for Warren Foegele

Its an overpay for Soucy and Oleksiak
