The 3 team trade list doesn’t really mean anything hertl either wants to stay or go to a contender and people are underestimating what teams give up for rentals

That would be pretty dumb if they did.

If you think a 1st + roster player + good prospect is a "trash" deal then you're gonna be pretty disappointed if the Sharks trade him.

Of course the 3 team trade list is a big deal. Only 3 teams can trade for him instead of multiple teams. What the Sharks would get would be limited to what those teams would be offering. Just like when the Sabres traded Hall last year. The return was weaker because Hall could decide where he wanted to go.

Not a fan of Labanc 2.0 and a 23 year old who has yet to figure anything out at the NHL level. Gonna have to do better than that.
