Personally, if I was Dallas I'd rather trade Klingberg for Tippett+1st than take in Petry and Chiarot, and lose Dellandrea in the process.

We will do the trade directly with Florida instead.

And, we cannot absord all that Cap space.

I do agree, but Dallas is linked to Petry and will probably lose Klingberg and the Habs 22 2nd is almost a1st

Why would Florida have any interest in Klingberg? They need LD help not RD help that's already been established. Dallas is barely even alive in the playoff race. Chiarot to Florida makes more sense then to Dallas.

I don't really understand it either, but reportedly FLA is interested in Klingberg, for whatever reasons.

Perhaps Zito is moving out Brandon Montour, i know there's been talk that he might deal him. If that's the case then John Klingberg would make some sense.
