Description
Hi I am Vladislav from Tallinn, Estonia but I live in Los Gatos now for 3 year for job in programming Big Shark fan since coming but I watch hockey many years watch Liiga since long time and sometime khl.

believe me sharks would be really bad if not sign Hertl long time. He is 2 or 3 best player on sharks after Timo and Erik but he is best leader for young players and really help players like barabanov, ferraro, gregor and he will be big for Eklund coming now next season. i acutaly think hertl was sign for close to 8.750 so I am happy. and in words of Tomas himself "fun must be always" hehe

I understand term may be one or 2 year too long but price is very good for player like hertl. he make less than Mika and a little more than Couturier. it make sense.

here is my note for this posting

*i think sharks have to buy out whole contract for vlasic. he is too much money for not much defense.
* i think barabanov has to stay. too hard to loose such good offense and he wont cost too much plus he say he want to stay with sharks.
*eklund might be best rookie next year
*i dont know where sharks draft but they would be so happy to draft young russian Yurov. so maybe i put him as sign contract. dont know if russo evil war make it harder for russians to come here. so maybe draft swedish wizard lekkerimaki also really good
*i use taxi squad for best prospect 1-10 this my opinion no take from website
*gm already say sharks want to push forward and compete next year. acquisition of goals must happen if they really serious. A big pick and good prospect must go for this. So i try for this.

now we can fight for cup. no one like sharks but let people be wrong.

Welcome to CapFriendly! I think you've got a lot of great stuff here, but I'm not sure about the Keller trade. I think the coyotes would consider that trade. But for the Sharks, players on their ELC's like Weatherby and Bordeleau, and whoever they pick with the 2023 first round pick are going to step in and play with the older players on expensive contracts. I like Keller and your thinking but cheap young players are the way the sharks will stay competitive in the future, in my opinion.

this is maybe right. but Will shark temporaery gm say they want to push forward with reset and be competitive next year starting. big trade for Keller, Laine type has to happen if he serious

Yotes wouldn't consider it. Keller is 23 (so he fits the rebuild timeline), playing at an 35 goal 82 point pace (something the Yotes haven't had since Roenick), he's absolutely BELOVED in AZ and will likely be the next captain. It just isn't a fit, even if the value from Sjs is good.

Keller was my top choice not realism maybe but also maybe same deal for Laine i think is fine. Laine fit better with SJ too sharks like big guys on forward.
