I'll happily keep him. But you saying it hurts the Rangers is just plain wrong. Kanes production > Kappa and Laf combined

His production for 1-2 years with no cup is meaningless compared to the next decade plus though.

A goalie can’t win a cup on his own. If that was a thing Lundqvist and Price would’ve won a cup. They are awful at 5 on 5. Not getting past the first round like that. Bread hasn’t looked fantastic this year and Fox has slowed down since the injury.

When have I ever denied that. All I’m saying is the Rangers are nowhere near as close to a cup as everyone believes. If they were Carolina, Tampa, Colorado or Florida I’d say sure screw it let’s go for it, but they are not that good yet. That’s my point.
