Technically the 2024 pick would most likely be a better pick than 23

Throw in the 2023 first for the 2024 but we also get Schenn would be my counter offer

Good doing business with you

In all seriousness Vancouver will not be in the hunt for a cup in the next 2 years, The bruins may only have 2 more years to be a contender. They made the move for Lindholm but that 2c spot can not be over looked if Sweeney had the balls to really go for it this year and do this trade I would not hold it against him at all if it didn’t work. At least he really went for it, but if you add Jt Miller to this roster it would be dangerous.

The thing is I don’t see how you could include a 1st Lysell and Lohrei in the same deal. I would say pick 2 and it’s a deal.

But does Boston really need lohrei..they are now stacked on the left side..especially if they sign lindholm long term.. unless they trade one or both of Reilly or forbort

Yes hopefully the bruins drop Fortbort for a bag of pucks

In all seriousness after the Lindholm trade anything is on the table they are GOING for it this year
Canucker liked this.

Agreed. I would have never given up as much in any of these trades that have happened so far..but teams are sure ponying up for guys. Imagine what the market will be for guys like Miller.. Garland.. boeser..now

If they improve the top6, yes, otherwise it's like usual.

Is he even available? Except Garland, there aren't many great options and they need a 2C.
