Now I’m thrilled with the trade and the contract. I thought it was a bit much to give for a couple months of lindholm, but this is awesome.

it really is yes the term is eh but we will suck by year 6 of it most likley so thats not as bad but idk about the clauses yet

It's now a little after 10 a.m. here (1 p.m. there) and we know the details -- years 6, 7 and 8 are at $4.8 million in actual money, making the contract easier to buy out at that time. Makes the trade a great deal for both sides. If the Bruins get 5 good years opposite McAvoy out of Hampus, they'll be way ahead on this deal. I'm happy for all three sides!!
