I'd personally take this in a heartbeat. I love the idea of Myers coming home and swapping (from my understanding) two underachieving players. However, I doubt if Faksa would waive his NTC for a Canadian team, especially Vancouver.

I only believe it'd be possible if the trade took place close to the TDL and if the Stars are out of a playoff-spot.

In a vacuum that trade is fine. Problem is Myers’ cap hit. Hakanpaa and Myers do about the same thing. Complimentary RHD with size. Myers creates a little more offense but also costs 4.5 million dollars a more. And if you swap them the Stars are still looking for RHD. Makes no sense for Dallas
