The Canucks are going to be beyond terrible. So look for another deadline like the one that happened this year.

The Sedin trade will give the Canucks another shot at a top 3 pick in a loaded top 3 at the 2018 Draft

    Oilers are cup contenders with this current roster. I love the Sedins but I dont think they would need them

    You've already gotten feedback on the Oilers trade, but the Leafs would not do that either. Tanev is a marginal upgrade on D, and Kapanen may be ready for a full-time role. It's already lopsided in favor of the Canucks, and even more so with the 2nd rounder in there.
