No God please no Clague
He is dog****, he doesn’t bring anything, he is just plain bad
Harris 3rd pairing and Schuneman 7th dman
Harris won’t be able to play a full NHL season but he is NHL ready
Also Rem Pitlick is way better than Mike Hoffman, Jo Drouin & Joel Armia

i'm not sure Ylonen needs more time in the AHL or Barron for that matter both spent most of this season down there, Ylonen also spent part of last year there as well and is 22 he's ready for his shot at cracking the habs roster to start the year. If you want to tank a good way to do that is handing the keys over to the young guys and allowing them to make mistakes and learn at the NHL level.

Ghule might benefit from some AHL time but i think thats the only one of the four.

I agree with you, but most fans want all the kids playing in the nhl right now. They see Barron play a few games yeah kid looks good and he is NHL ready, but he still makes a lot of bad mistakes, he doesnt use his size to his advantage and doesn't play physical. Harris is a smooth skater, and he JUST got out of college, it is a big step to the NHL from college so a year or so in Minors will only help him. Ghule should as well spend a couple years in the minors. Ylonen could and should get a legit shot at a spot on the roster. You have those 3 D, and Schueneman in Laval and used properly, on the PP on the PK, you watch their growth. there is nothing wrong with a couple years in the minors, the new management has often spoke of player development, well you dont develop players at the NHL level. As for the guys comment on Clague, he is far from dog *&^% as you put it. The guy can skate, handle the puck make a good pass, very similar style play as Harris, He actually should be given more time and more opportunity, he has been paired with Wideman all season who is such a bad Defensive Dman, he is Petry 2.0, you Pair Clague with Edmundson, use Clague in same manner Petry was used with Edmundson, you will see a difference. I'd like to see him actually get some PP time, especially with his skating and passing skills, Same goes for Niku, Niku was AHL top defenceman in 2018, put up good numbers, just needs a chance to prove himself, and playing on a 3rd pairing 10 minutes a game wont cut it.
