You clearly don't watch Josi or Theodore play regularly.

I don't, but I do know that Josi isn't the go to guy for playing against top lines for the Preds, he just gets a ton of minutes. He does see the ice against top opponents, he's just not THE guy out there. His minutes are somewhat sheltered but his defensive play is still pretty good, even though it has gotten a bit worse over the past few years

And for me at least, Theodore isn't all that defensively. When he's not with McNabb, Whitecloud or Pietrangelo, chances are usually being generated against him more than they are for (the latter due to exceptional offensive play), still an amazing talent however
