Description
The bruins have not made much value mooves these last years. To me a value moove is more UFA signing and trading our curent players for picks or prospect. If you look at our top guys, they all have been acquire by trade or draft. All of our UFA signing are limited impact players (haula, forbot, nosek, foligno and smith). This is not a bad thing, but that make the organisation loose picks and prospects in the long run.

Copp deal is similar to danault but a bit less because he's not a natural center like danault. Even as a Bruins fans the talent danault have can't be denied. He's always on the ice againt the other team top line and has a history of it. Copp is a good top6 player with extra versatility. The Bruins could use a guy like him that can play everywhere in the lineup.

McLaughlin has been better than i expected tbh. He play good and simple (what we need at this moment) he gets the puck down low, work for it and shoot puck at the net and work for his rebound. In his 6 games he progressed a lot. I'm not sure for next year for him (we see a lot of down after that first nhl seasons. I don't think the Bruins will risk to loose steen so he will likely be the cut. I don't see anything bad to make him play few games in the minors with a lot of ice times.

I want to keep Zboril but he won't sign unless he see he has a clear chance to play, if we keep forbot this doesnt help and i don't feel confident with Lindholm, Grz and zboril on our left side. I know Forbot isn't worth 3m but he's been good for us, more than 70% of his zone start are in our zone, he's good at blocking shot and deflection, trough the seasons as play with more and more gritt.

    Jets Decline
No room for Debrusks cap hit.
Any interest in something based around Gus for Studnicka?

I don't like that trade for the Jets.
