Need more than a 4th to move Zucker to Ottawa. They have a lot of young players competing for spots. As the move out of draft and build they won't need a second Dadanov.

It is also a small market team with budget issues and ownership issues. $5.5M for a Fourth? Nope

Doesnt have to be OTT. I just think he gets moved in the offseason. And since hed only have 1 year left he doesnt have full value and we dont have to give anything to to move him

Some silly Blues fans will say otherwise, but this is still an easy pass from me. And likely the Blues, as well.

I really really am not confident barby can keep this up
He also need to get paid in the same off-season Our big 4 need to be
I just can’t see him sticking around if we get value for him
As well neighbours looks nhl ready and would slot into that 3lw role, tho missing barbys physically

Neighbours is not NHL ready to Barby's level. And hey, ya know what gives great value? Winning another Cup. If they win one next season and he walks for nothing, I'm cool with that trade. We can do better than Pettersson for this one.

Neighbors likes to hit too so I think we'll get some of that physicality back fairly quick.

Neighbors can slot into the 3rd LW role and be completely fine. Not worried about that one bit.

Great. Let's pick one more suitable than Pettersson.

Who? Esa Lindell? Orlov? Idk who’d be available but the pens (and flyers too) have LD overloads seems we can get one cheap

I'd still prefer Gavrikov or Soucy most (the first may not be available, the second can surely be had), though the system fit that Leddy has had makes me open to more of his puck-moving sort).

Army and leddy proved once again why we should always trust him fs and why I could never be a nhl gm either

Leddy has mostly been okay, but he has also benefitted a good bit from Krug being out. He's not worth whatever it will take to re-sign. Thing is, I don't think anyone thought Leddy couldn't help. They were rightly annoyed by the price paid when better, cheaper options were out there. And there's certainly still time for the trade to go very wrong.
