Is he eligible to sign a SPC instead of an ELC? I thought he was only eligible for an ELC lol.

IDK but since he's 26 and undrafted I'd assume he can sign for as much as possible

LOL I thought they (European players) still had to sign an ELC

He’s set to become a UFA. Even if he has only ever played pro in the KHL I believe the same rules apply.
