Canucks pass. If they move Garland, it will either be for a top 4 RHD or a package including a good RHD prospect

That’s still not necessarily true. Garland/Canucks have been tied to Zacha/Devils since before the deadline. Just because you would prefer they trade Garland for a RHD doesn’t change that.

The Canucks were also tied to Wayne Gretzky but that never happened. The Canucks were also tied to PK Subban but that never happened. That doesn’t mean much. Maybe this does happen but this trade doesn’t fill Vancouvers need for a top 4RHD

I like PK but even $3m is too much. Offer him less, if he doesn't like it then Bahl/Walsh/Okhotyuk can compete for that spot
