7th OA pick, 2nd rounder. 2nd rounder from 2 years ago and a potential stud that needs a change of scenery. Obviously his value isn’t even close to what it once was, but Brannstrom was traded for mark stone after all. Tough comment bud, ARI is early into one of the biggest/messiest rebuilds the nhl has ever seen. Idk if u don’t know that OTT’s pick is 7th OA or not but the value is there

I think we're past the "Brannstrom might be a stud" window. More to the point, Ottawa is also in a rebuild, so swapping a bunch of young talent assets AND 7M in cap space for a small scoring winger probably isn't in the plan.
