Not why I was asking and completely unnecessary.

haha. Oh relax. I'm just messin with ya. Why do you ask though? Also, I assume admin's will be taking this down soon. They don't seem to like discussion posts in the ACGM section. But to answer your question, I don't know. The most realistic scenario is he finishes his career in CHI. But it's fun to speculate.

I'm sure he would love to play with Barzy, though. Seems like he has a bit of a man crush on him.

Was asked possible landing spots on the only few that came to mind were NYI and LA. But he's got that NMC and quite frankly, not sure if Chicago is just gonna tear it down this year.

Yeah. Those are possibilities. CHI will be sellers. But the extent of that is TBD. Depends how discussions with Kane and Toews go and if they want to stick around for a rebuild. It is sounding like Kane is very much open to sticking around, though. He is a huge Hockey nerd and I'm pretty sure he wants to be a GM some day, which playing through a rebuild would be a great experience for someone like that. Also, he has stated that "it would be a privilege to play his entire career for one club" and I'm sure he has more club records he wants to beat.

Yeah if he does stay, that'd be pretty cool to see. He's got 3 cups so it's not like he needs to get one before he retires.

For sure. Also, from a team standpoint, he is probably worth more to the hawks sticking around and helping out with younger players than what he would return in any trade. So, its really up to him. I just hope him and Toews make a decision this summer so we can trade them and get something that helps the rebuild instead of them just walking away next year. But it is what it is, I guess.

NYR, maybe NYI, maybe LA or Vegas....it's pretty slim pickings is my guess. He's going to want to stay in the US and play on a very big stage
