2022-23 Season Projection

Team: 2022-23 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: May 22, 2022
Published: May 22, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Shout out to Bryan Rust. Leaving cap space on the table for term is huge.

Letang reaps his reward for being patient and comes to term at $7.75.

ERod gets a slight bump on a bridge deal with the promise of top 6 minutes across from Zucker with Geno's magic touch at the 2C.

Boyle was a strong contributor so we bring him back.

Flower comes home for a two year stint to pick up some more wins make a good 1a 1b tandem and we have one huge celebration bringing 87, 71 and 29 to the rafters after the 2025 season.

Rather have Rakell. Rodrigues can walk if that's what it takes

This team is way worse than this years team. Need some new blood and change. More youth speed and physicality. I like the Fleury move and I'm fine with bringing some guys back but need change.

Bottom 6 is very weak, would not bring back Boyle or ERod back. Also bringing back Rakell needs to be considered.

I think Boyle has a 13th forward is alright. He played alright however he's 37 (I think he's turning 38 later this year).
