Tavares isn't going to waive his NMC. If he does, the only way LA can afford him is if they take back one of Doughty or Kopitar. As Toronto fans should have learned the hard way, having three 8-figure contracts just doesn't work.

John Tavares isn't waiving his NMC for LA.

Besides LA has Kopitar, Danault and Byfield down the middle they don't need John Tavares.

And why would Seattle or any team for that matter, have an ounce of interest in Petr Mrazek. He's a buy out candidate anyways?
