We already have a logjam in defense, and I don't see the Sharks paying a draft pick that high for what is effectively a cap dump. We'll pass.

Sharks have Meloche for bottom pair/7th RHD. He is similar effectiveness and less than half the cost. So no chance we are sending a very valuable pick for Holl.

Fair enough, I don't know much about the Sharks system. I would trade Holl to any team that can offer a 3rd which seems to be about his value on here anyways.

AZ or Seattle seems the perfect place to send Holl.

Yah I usually send him to Seattle in these ACGM's, I think you would probably only get a 4th out of either of Seattle or Arizona since they will be higher picks in the round.

In Sandin's limited playing on the right side proved that he could easily be beaten to the outside. Don't know the leafs plans but that is not a very good option. They also need a nasty RD for the PK and net presence.

I'm hoping Sandin can learn from TJ Brodie who makes it look easy on the right side although I see your point. I'd love a mean top 4 RHD more than anyone but no one seems to be giving them away.

Just curious, who would you target for you're RHD and who out of the Leafs D core would you move?

Lyubushkin did a reasonable job.

They don't have a lot of options because Dubas gave everyone a no trade clause except Sandin and Liljregren. Even Holl has a NMC which is a joke. So they can't trade Muzzin, Rielly, Brodie or Tavares unless they agree to be moved. So can they trade Nylander for a RD with a contract expiring soon or do they have to add Sandin or Liljregren to get it done. Their in a real sticky situation and sounds like Sandin isn't happy about his future in T.O. with them signing Gio.
