This deal doesn't get it done for the Kraken. Eberle is the closest thing Seattle has to an elite goal scorer (with utmost respect to McCann!) and Pettersson & McGinn (and 2nd Round picks, for that matter) would just be more of what Seattle has in abundance.

Not sure, TBH. Not sure it would be anything Pitt would part with. I am confident Seattle wants to trade into the first round this season and/or next. Solid prospects on ELC (waiver exempt) would be if interest. Kapanen may be of interest. (?) Marino, perhaps. ????

I think that if Los Angeles is interested in a rental, the Kings would rather re-sign Alex Edler at 3/4 the cost of Dumoulin without expending any assets.
