Habs keep Anderson here, that offer does nothing to move the needle

{sigh} Yet another Jake-Muzzin-back-to-Los-Angeles fantasy. Have we reached the thousandth-time level yet? We're looking for a top-level young LD with term like Jakob Chychrun, Ivan Provorov or Mikhail Sergachev, not an expensive veteran who has a poor injury history, and we don't need stopgaps because there are several cheap UFAs that won't cost us anything to sign or pay. And the idea that we would trade Alex Iafallo, who is our second-best 200-foot forward next to Anze Kopitar, for him is just cuckoo.

Aren't you aware that Amirov is being treated for cancer?

Hard to get value for him given his contract. Kerfoot has more points and Holl is a stood 4/5

Kerfoot has 1 year left on his contract, and is certainly would not come close to those point totals if not playing in Toronto. Nothing needs said on Holl, no one wants him, not even Toronto fans.

He's been a productive player outside of Toronto too. In Colorado where he wasn't in his prime yet he put up 43 and 42. Kerfoot is putting up 50 while playing middle 6 and PK with 0 PP time. He also only makes 3.5. The deal should be 1 for 1 lol
