Samsonov won't get traded by Washington, he was great in the playoffs and Källgren looks to be a potential 1B but has a small sample size for his goaltending skills. Steeves is just another B prospect added in, but I don't see Washington doing this trade, and this doesn't work for Toronto as A. They are taking up more cap and B. They can resign Campbell with extra cap space, who is better than Samsonov

The Leafs are not re-sign Campbell there going be move on from him so they got to start looking at replacement

Samsonov for Kallgren, Steeves

Kallgren has zero value. Steeves... Caps offer you a 5th for, maybe a 4th but probably not as he doesn't really fit the Caps system.
