Jack Campbell gets more money and term.

Andrew Copp, Sam Gagner and Vladislav Namestnikov have a far better chance of signing with Detroit than Toronto.

Chicago passes, Take more than a 3rd and 6th rounder to move Petr Mrazeks contract more like a 2nd and 3rd round pick.

Anaheim has no reason to make that trade.

And Alexander Kerfoot isn't getting no 3 picks, Seattle passes as well.

One year of a perfectly good backup goalie whom we might well want to re-sign when the season is over is worth more to us than one year of a bottom-pairing defenseman whom we would probably not (due to lack of need at that point).

If you put Robertson on the third line, he’ll do nothing. There’s no point on bring him up. I wouldn’t even bring up Andersen either. I’d try to sign other third or fourth liners that are UFA’s
