Description
For the 3-way trade

Dallas out:
2022 1st, Guri, and Faksa
Dallas in:
Hronek, 2023 2nd, and capspace

Detroit out:
Hronek and 2023 2nd
Detroit in:
Guri and Petry

Montreal out:
Petry (retained)
Montreal in:
Faksa and 2022 1st

For everything else
Palat is probably an overpay, but might help Seguin now that he will be 100%(ish). The third is a checking line. The fourth is an energy line. Wyatt is a 9 game test. Raffl is a depth signing for injuries or fill ins. Namestnikov is a Swiss Army knife.

Im probably off on a few things, but really… what do I know. I’m just your average ACGM.

How far off am I?

Montreal doesn't want to retain salary on Petry.

Why would they retain 7M for the 18th pick when they already have the 1st, 26th and 33th so far?

      Makes no sense.

Reportedly that is false. Detroit is a front runner for Petry.

Does it make sense though, that's certainly worth debating.

Just because the media says a team is interested, doesn’t actually mean they are interested.

Especially if it’s the Detroit Red Wings. You won’t hear about an Yzerman deal until it’s done.

Nope Filip Hronek to Dallas would cost their 18th overall pick not Gurianov not even close.
