That's an interesting offer........not sure the Habs do it, but it's possible. Habs would need to make another move to clear some cap space for the future contracts. The problem for the rangers is it's the 3quialent of 3 first round picks (1, 2 and a teen) for the 1 and mid 20.

Why would the Rangers do it? They played in the ECF, they don't want to wait 2 years for these picks. keep Laf and Kakko who were on 1 of the best lines in the playoffs
