Made changes on the original post from feedback. The coyotes would be willing to give a bit more in kakko and monahan trades.

Calgary needs cap and it was between monahan and backlund, monahan did worse and is getting paid more so calgary trades him for 2 weaker prospects and a 7th. the 4th is to pay for holding monahan contract.

Nemeth isn't worth 2.5m, rangers want the spots for miller, lundqvist and others, he's barely worth a 7th

Edmonton needs to change there defense, they have talked about trading barrie and need to get rid of that keith contract. Getting Chychrun could help out the top 4 a lot. They need to go all in plus him at 4.6 for another 3 years is pretty good.

Kakko is the big fish. He hasn't been given the best of chances by new york so far. Maybe a change of a team could help. especially one that would rely more on to him and give him more minutes. The coyotes are paying enough for him and if not then try and get him on a offer sheet since they have the cap and the picks.

Tatar is a bit overpaid. Nj doesn't have a cap problem he just takes a roster spot and didn't really fit in with them. Hopefully bounce back with Arizona so they could trade him at the deadline for picks.
