Yes it is because 1 year of Miller guarantees the Rangers nothing. They get a little better for 1 season skill wise and are a lot worse off after 1 year. Trading away 21 year old players with skill and potential for a 1 year rental of a 30+ year old forward is silly for either team, you just don't want to say it.

Is it just me or some teams seem to pay A LOT more than others (like Vegas and Ottawa for example)

Bernard-Docker, Järventie and Brännström are worth TWO 1sts and a 2nd

Not going to give that on top of a 7th OA pick for a guy that has 1 year left before UFA lol

And not even mentioning taking Ferland...

Even with a Miller extension, it would have to be very very friendly and with the perfect length for Ottawa to consider

And the Sens need a Top-6 Winger, is Miller as good on LW as C?
