You're not a prospect anymore if you're not on an ELC. There has to be a pretty firm definition of what is and isn't a prospect in this league

I think anyone under 23 should qualify as a prospect, waiver eligibility to me personally isn't a massive breaking point. Although I understand what you mean, but it'd be irrelevant as well because I think he'd immediately join the Nucks bottom 6 especially after the Motte trade
