Description

I looked up centers that had a year or more remaining at under $5.5M a season just because I was curious. I picked out a list from the options that weren't untouchable, and was curious to see people's opinions. Would you be interested in any of these players and what do you think it would cost to get them? Apologies to any fans if I included somebody that may be considered untouchable by that fanbase, this is more of a curiosity question. I also did not include prospects on this list, but I know those are available options as well if there was a larger deal

Big Jeff Carter is probably going to retire in Pittsburgh, for better or worse, but I wouldn't mind giving him up. We got him from LA for 2 3rds, and I don't think his value had changed very much.
