Necas-Girard as the main swap. Girard is cost controlled for 5 years vs Necas who is an RFA, and there are doubts about Necas being a C, so Carolina add a late 2nd and B/C prospect.

Seeley has great speed and is a solid all-round Dman in transition and off the rush which would make him an interesting throw-in prospect for Colorado. I wanted the Avs to draft him and was surprised he went as late as the 7th round.
