newhook has to have a ridiculously good season for him to sign a deal at 6 mil next contract. I'm all for it if he can solidify himself as 2C but i don't see it next season. You can almost cut that in half for 3x3 on his next contract

It's $5m x 4 yrs, not $6m. And yes I expect him to have a breakout season next year, otherwise we will need to find a better long term replacement.

I predict, after Naz walks, JTC starts the regular season as 2C. Then, after injury or some losses combined with poor play, Newhook gets the job and never looks back. It's what a veteran coach, who cares about their reputation, would do.
