Ghost contract is really low. Why are you asking Vegas to take a RFA in Laughton and sending a pick to them - and then they are still taking Read? Makes zero sense. COL isn't going to take G over Duchene. Trading Schenn for Muzzin is probably fair but it doesn't make much sense if we do those other moves. This team is basically full rebuild so why sing Oshie?

Ghost's contract is a bridge deal considering his struggles this season
The Flyers are getting the draft pick in return for Laughton - Vegas needs to build a system and have 50 contracts to do so. (the conditions are based on whether or not laughton can be a NHL guy or not)
COL deal is a bit of a stretch but COL is desperate and willing to do anything to change.
With the cap room and the addition of Oshie and the fact the game has changed to youth leading the way this team could compete in the East next year and continue to build into a contender.

adding a 30 year-old winger just doesn't make sense. If were adding Oshie then that means Jake could be moved. G is too important to the team right now to move IMO, but yeah it's hard for me to envision COL doing that. Ghost struggles? I'm not sure what you were watching but he improved on everything except goals. The whole defensive zone issues got better and were overblown this season but you can believe he sucks if you want. Half the fans want nothing to do with him anymore and think he's trash. I'm just saying, you can try a bridge deal, but if the Flyers are offering that I don't see him taking it and will most likely sign a offer sheet somewhere else for $4.5-5M like he's worth..

If anything, COL wants a young dman. Giroux by himself won't get it done and they want to get younger. Don't need Oshie at that term.

Ghost could accept bridge, not sure what Hextall will do there. Doubtful LA takes AMac given there cap situation.

Sakic wants a LD in return for Duchene, Giroux alone wont cut it.
