I doubt they're cheaper in practical reality. Chychrun is actually on the market; his team is trying to move him. By contrast, Roy and Zub aren't, so their teams would need extra enticement. Zub is to Ottawa as Gavrikov is to us - they can't afford to lose him - and Roy is currently riding high because he basically subbed in for Doughty for an extended period and did pretty damn well so we'd be attempting to buy high.

Roy is the real deal, you'd just be buying market value. Half the price of chychrun in my opinion. But that all depends on how exaggerated Yotes ask is.
