Anderson to NYI for 13th OA
Move the 13th OA , 29th OA, 33rd OA and Roy (Garland 2.0 similar style both QMJHL Scoring Champs with similar size)
NJD trades a chance as a A- to A prospect
For B+ to A- Prospect same spot we took Caufield at i believe
B- to B prospect or two (Depends on if they take best available or best avaiable at the position they need most)
A- Prospect and one of MTL's top Non Pro Forward Prospects
NJD could use this to bolster their already young core similar to how NSH ,PHI and ANA did in the 2003 draft
That draft like this one was considered a stepping stone to get to the Ovekin, Crosby drafts which were predicted to be much better.
Like this draft the 2003 top 5 is not that much better then the entirety of the 1st round behind them.
I meant they're better but its top 6 vs middle 6 no clear cut long term #1 top line Franchise players outside 1 people would debate Staal and now Wright.
The downside to this draft is there's only maybe 3 players who will be ready to turn Pro in the next 12 months
The rest are an investment
