Ive heard this rumour a couple times and this is the only way i can see it happening money wise. idk how much florida is willing to give up especially having to take hagelin back in the deal but youd need to get something back if your washington.

I cant see any way the caps take on Bob unless its close to 50% retained

yeah it makes more sense to target kuemper or cambell but everyone is targetting them rn

Can't see any team touching Bob with no retention. Would have to have a significantly better piece than Noel and a 2nd attached
