I'm not huge on bringing stas back, even if it is for a year. He chose to leave when he was in his prime so i don't really feel like we need to have a reunion and over pay in free agency. If we really need him we could grab him or any other center depth at the deadline retained for a 4th.

giroux seems to prefer the wing.

not sure who you had in mind for 2c. i still think stastny would be the best affordable option.
