Description

Dubas is taking a massive gamble with Murray and I
am NOT a fan at all. He better be looking for a good tandem partner so I think Samsonov could be a target. Kerfoot and Holl are probably gone at this point, or at least I hope. Kerfoot a great but not a fit and Holl is meh. Domi is a guy who seems like he could take a hometown discount. Toronto also seems like a place he could get back on track. I don’t know, just a gut feeling.

Thanks! I’m expecting Kerfoot and Holl to be dumped and a few value UFA’s signed. Perhaps someone like Reimer as the backup also but Samsonov would be my top choice based on age (though I really love Reimer).

As for Heinen over Domi, that would work but Domi just fits the leafs better as a person being a local boy and the son of a former fan favourite leaf. Just a gut feeling of mind that they’ll sign a local boy.
